How SMS back works
When a call goes unanswered, the system logs it in this table. Configure Twilio in the Vapi dashboard to enable automated SMS within 2 minutes of a missed call. The message reads: "Hi! You called Bright Smile Dental. Can we help you book an appointment?" with a link to the booking form.
